Countersteering is necessary when turning a motorcycle.

it is simple, to turn your bike left you pull the right handle bar. doing so will let the bike lean to the left direction in result the bike will start to turn left.

but how much you will need to turn the handle bar to get the desired steering is depend on the speed of the motorcycle. at slower speed you will need to put more handle bar input to do a turn. but at high speed little push will significantly change the bike direction. you will need to practise it at different speeds to master it.
