Engine oil Change  : 900 ml

Note: If engine oil and the oil filter element are replaced at the same time than pour 1liter engine oil in engine but when you are changing only engine oil than pour 1liter engine oil

 After overhauling engine:  1100ml

Recommended Engine oil API Standard: API SG, M A

Oil Change Interval : 2000 - 3000 km or earlier ( depends on riding conditions and engine oil type )

Spark plug Gap : 0.6 mm - 0.7 mm

Spark Plug Tightening : 1/2 or 180° for new spark plug and 1/8 or 45° turn for used spark plug

Valve Clearance : 0.03 - 0.08 mm ( inlet ) - 0.08 - 0.13 mm ( exhaust )

Check Vlave Clearance Every : 2000 - 3000km

Note: Adjust Valve Clearance on cold engine

Engine idle speed : 1500 Rpm ± 100 Rpm

Clutch lever FreePlay : 10 mm - 20 mm

Rear Axle nut Torque Specs : 3.5 - 5.5 k.gf - m ( 26 - 39 Foot Pound )

Sprocket Carrier Nut Torque Specs : 3.5 - 4.5 k.gf - m

Front Tyre Pressure : 29 Psi with Rider and Passenger

Rear Tyre Pressure : 29 Psi For only rider , 32 Psi with Rider
